Miriam L. Rosen is Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Group at McDonald Hopkins PLC.  Located in the Firm’s Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office, she represents and counsels employers on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including hiring and selection, discipline and discharge, FMLA and ADA leaves of absence, strategic employment decisions and reductions-in-force, sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment, wage and hour issues, data security, employee privacy, affirmative action plans, and many other issues.
