HR Connects is pleased to announce regular community outreach fundraising at our networking events! This month, HR Connects will support COTS (Coalition for Temporary Shelter) located in Detroit. Please consider bringing a donation of new socks or underwear for men, women or children. (No previously worn garments, please.) Or, a contribution (check payable to COTS) would also be welcome.
About COTS: On any given night, there are more than 16,000 homeless in Detroit; one-third of these are children. For more than 30 years, COTS has served the most vulnerable in our community. COTS' Emergency Shelter operates at capacity throughout the year, offering programs and providing services for more than 800 men, women and children daily.
