ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Claudia D. Orr is an attorney with Plunkett Cooney in Detroit, and she focuses her practice primarily in the area of labor and employment law. She represents employers/management only (and not employees/unions). Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, local governments, numerous non-profit agencies, healthcare providers, restaurants, etc. As a counselor, Ms. Orr regularly advises clients on employment/labor matters, including discipline/discharge, complex ADA/Family and Medical Leave Act/STD-LTD/Worker’s Disability Compensation issues, wage and hour issues, and labor grievances/arbitration matters.
