ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Anthony S. Hart III is of counsel to the law firm of Faupel Law, P.C., located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has represented private sector, tax-exempt and governmental employers in a variety of employee benefits maters. He has counseled clients regarding the design and implementation of employee benefit plans and tax, labor and PBGC compliance matters relating to such plans, (including audits or other governmental involvement by the IRS, DOL and PBGC). He has extensive experience in tax controversies relating to retirement plan errors, having counseled numerous clients on correcting document and operational problems that threaten the qualification of a plan. He is also named by vote and independent research as a "Michigan Super Lawyer".
Andrew Dutka CEBS began his career in 1989 designing employee welfare and pension plans for Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America. Today, Andrew is a senior Partner and consultant for AmeriSource LLC, a highly specialized Human Resource Management consulting firm. In 2007 Andrew founded and developed “Managing Life’s Risks™”, an employee training program that teaches accountability and responsibility inside the workforce.
Andrew is known in the employee benefits community for his work in designing successful human resource management programs for small to medium sized organizations, (those companies employing less than 1,000 people). AmeriSource continues to develop innovative employee benefit plans and processes for small and medium sized businesses. Today he is responsible for the benefit plan designs covering over 6,000 employees in 3 states and office locations in Northville, Michigan and Orlando, Florida.
