Presenter:    Mike Miesch, AON
Prior to AON, Mike was the Sr. VP of Operations at United Wellness Group, where he leveraged his years in population health management consulting, operations, and leadership to help the company achieve significant growth. He took a lead role in enhancing United Wellness Group's products, services and technology to ensure the organization was delivering innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Mike was a Regional Health and Productivity Consultant with USI Insurance Services, where he advised clients on wellbeing and on-site fitness center strategies.         


Learning Outcomes:
In this presentation, Mike will outline the fundamental needs that are to be met before an individual can engage in their wellbeing. This includes developing an individual's emotional and financial wellbeing, the impacts of ignoring those areas, and also how they can contribute to improved physical wellbeing.     

  • Identify the symptoms of emotional and financial deficiencies, and the negative impact that these can have on individual and organizational wellbeing;
  • Outline how strong emotional and financial wellbeing can positively impact an individual's and an organization's physical wellbeing; 
  • Identify steps an organization can take to holistically engage their people to improve overall wellbeing.
