Topic:                   Recruiting the Right Talent, Retaining the Right People, and Rewarding the Right Behavior

Recruiting the Right People:  Working smarter (not harder) to find, assess and select the right people by identifying where to find the right people and how to determine if they are a good fit for your organization.

Rewarding Your Team:  Creating reward systems that motivate individuals AND teams to reach their full potential. The key to employee engagement is involvement in decisions and providing incentives that encourage (and reward) team members to accomplish achievable goals.

Retaining Your Team:  Making your organization an Employer of Choice involves cultural inclusion, employee engagement and a clear understanding of what needs to be done.  Policies and practices that encourage employees to remain with your organization and refer others to work for you are critical in the development of an engaged and invested workforce.

Learning Outcome

  • Developing the programs and practices to proactively work to engage your team members to reduce turnover.
  • Design practices that positively impact the current employees and retain your top talent.
