May 11 Seminar to Ensure Businesses Successfully Comply with Urgent ACA and DOL Requirements

Employee benefits consultants at the J.S. Clark Agency, headquartered in Southfield, Mich., are hosting a free educational program for businesses in Southeastern Michigan regarding benefits strategy and compliance for human resources professionals. The program entitled “BAM! Benefits Compliance & Strategy for the HR Superhero” will include guidance around urgent compliance requirements and deadlines, followed by breakout sessions hosted by J.S. Clark President Joel Clark and Corporate Compliance Director Jennifer Young, along with Madden Hauser Shareholder James Reid.
The seminar is open to all local businesses and scheduled for Thursday, May 11th at Plum Hollow Country Club, 21631 Lasher Road, in Southfield. Attendees will receive 3 HRCI & 3 SHRM PDC credits available upon completion.
The interactive seminar is organized into three sessions designed to empower HR to support broader business objectives like corporate compliance, financial efficiency and workforce satisfaction, including:

- Extraordinary Execution: Ensuring Your Employee On-Boarding Documents are Compliant
