Joan E. Moore 
is the President and founder of the Arbor Consulting Group, Inc. 
Arbor is a national human resources consulting firm specializing in HR risk management and regulatory affirmative compliance. Arbor works with Federal government contractors and subcontractors to preserve federal revenues and avoid liability by managing risk in OFCCP audits. Ms. Moore has many years of experience in the affirmative action and diversity arenas and has consulted on EEO and affirmative action issues for clients across the U.S. Her expertise is in managing difficult OFCCP affirmative action audits. In addition, as a long-term business owner she brings unique insight into the challenges involved in managing human resources issues from a business perspective.

Ms. Moore is an attorney, nationally-recognized speaker, author, certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resources Management, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in multi-disciplinary social science from Michigan State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the School of Law at Case Western Reserve University and is a member of the Ohio Bar.

Lesley Delgado is the proud owner and President of Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC. As a successful business owner for over 30 years, she brings a strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment with her every time she partners with clients. Prior to the launch of Strategic Recruiting Services, Lesley was the founder and President of StaffPro America, a staffing firm specializing in the placement of administrative and clerical support. Her company received numerous awards during its seventeen years in operation, including Corp! Magazine's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. After many years of success with StaffPro, Lesley decided to sell the company and turn her focus on the staffing needs of small-sized companies.

Currently, Lesley serves on the Advisory Board for MichBusiness and is a Trusted Adviser for Vistage, Michigan. She serves as a member of the Vision Clarification Team and the Nominating Committee for her church in Brighton, Michigan. Lesley was awarded a scholarship to attend the  Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in 2016. Lesley is proud of the success and organic growth of SRS and is excited to see what the future has in store for the company, for her team, and for her current and future clients.


Tracy Jimenez is a Consultant at The Arbor Consulting Group, Inc. (Arbor), with a broad skill base in EEO and regulatory compliance, employment law compliance, Affirmative Action Plan preparation, legal research, and policy development. Client projects include Affirmative Action Plan preparation for companies ranging from large Fortune 500 companies to small organizations of less than 100 employees, project management, and OFCCP audit support.  Ms. Jimenez supports clients in industries ranging from consulting firms, food production, research, banking, education and engineering. 

Prior to joining Arbor, Ms. Jimenez worked on the Regulatory Compliance Support Team in the Legal Department of Kelly Services, Inc, a global staffing agency and workforce solutions provider. She worked with the Legal and Human Resources departments to support Kelly branches across the United States and Canada. Preceding her time at Kelly Services, Ms. Jimenez practiced law in a variety of fields including civil and criminal litigation, real estate, banking, and family law. She was also a reviewer and contributor to the 2017 HR Certification Institute (HRCI) book A Guide to the Human Resource Body of Knowledge. Ms. Jimenez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Michigan State University and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.  She is a member of the Florida Bar.

Bohannon is an attorney at Kienbaum Opperwall Hardy & Pelton and has over eight years' experience representing employers in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and private arbitrations. He has defended Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, start-ups, non-profits, and individuals in a range of employment claims, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace torts, class actions, and collective action wage and hour claims. He also has expertise in reviewing employments contracts, separation agreements, and employee policies, and litigating contract disputes including executive compensation, confidentiality, non-compete, non-solicitation, and sales commission litigation. Mr. Bohannon is proficient in emerging legal issues arising from technology in the workplace, such as social media, internet, privacy issues, and employment policies.

Mr. Bohannon graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2009, where he was awarded the Order of the Coif and was an Associate Editor of The Journal of Law in Society, a Dean’s Scholar, and a Lombard Fellow. He graduated with honors from Wayne State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Megan Torrance is CEO and founder of TorranceLearning, which helps organizations connect learning strategy to design, development, data and ultimately performance. She has over 25 years of experience in learning design, deployment and consulting with organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, Dow Chemical, Kohler and Kellogg’s. TorranceLearning projects have won IELA and BrandonHall (2012, 2014, 2016, 2017) awards, the 2014 xAPI Hyperdrive contest at DevLearn, and back-to-back eLearning Guild DemoFest Best-In-Show awards in 2016/2017.

Megan is a speaker and author in the learning industry, and creator of LLAMA® the Agile project management approach for instructional design and development projects. A graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Communication and an MBA, Megan lives and works near Ann Arbor, Michigan. Brian Cole, PMP is the Division Planning Manager (HR Solutions Center) with the University of Michigan Health System. He is a creative and innovative professional with a proven track record of successfully developing organizations in the areas of Program Management (PM), Continuous Improvement (CI), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Organizational Development (OD).

Mr. Cole graduated cum laude from Michigan Technological University in 1997 with a BSME in Mechanical Engineering. He received his MBA in Marketing/Management in 2006 from Walsh College and in 2016, received a Masters Certificate in Organizational Development and Organizational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University.

Debra F. Williams, President-Detroit SHRM and Executive Vice President with Right Management, Great Lakes Region, is a catalyst who influences transformation. A trusted advisor, consultant and coach to boards and top management, she partners with organizations to create, align and execute transformative strategies that achieve sustainable results. Her diverse career includes executive-level human resources and operations roles in various industries.
