According to a recent Gallup survey, almost 70% of all employees would consider themselves not engaged or disengaged at work.  It doesn’t have to be that way!  Once we understand the elements of work engagement, we can make massive improvements in our own engagement and the engagement of our employees.  In this session, you will learn tools that can help you improve your engagement level.  Also, you can use this knowledge to inspire your employees to improve their own engagement.
