presented by: Alexandra V. LaCombe, Partner - Fragomen Worldwide

Upon completion of this webinar, C-Suite executives and HR professionals will gain a better understanding of:
- How can changes in conditions of employment affect Canadian and Mexican employees’ entry into the US, including those with previously approved visas;
- What are the immediate concerns of foreign national employees and how to address them;
- What are potential changes to US immigration laws that are likely to occur in the near future and how to be prepared for them; and
- Best practices to maintain legal compliance in light of expanding needs for global mobility coupled with legal restrictions.
