The Four Voices of Change

Speaker Bio

Developing others has been a way of life for me. Whether coaching CEOs or a first-grade soccer player in youth soccer leagues, I am jazzed by seeing people and organizations reach their potential. I guess that’s why I have been engaged with coaching leaders, teams, and systems for the past 20 years.

That also holds true for organizations. I have been blessed to serve and support the organizational development of everything from creating Fortune 300 leadership development pipelines, to coaching biz/org startups, and many projects in between.

When I am not hanging with my family, you could find me training on a long run for my next half marathon, or I might be off-road somewhere in my Jeep. I am a huge fan of the outdoors, Notre Dame football, and community development.

My education at the undergrad and graduate level from Cornerstone University has propelled me in my passion to serve and develop others to their greatest capacity. My doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University were a great boost in my understanding of leadership. I have been a leadership junkie for many years, so the quest for honing leadership knowledge and skills continues to this day.

If you wish to chat about leadership, org development, running, Notre Dame football, or all things Jeep don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I look forward to the conversation!

With over twenty years of leadership and organizational development experience, I offer:

·        One-on-one executive coaching for business executives.

·        Enhancing and improving the culture of teams and organizations.

·        Keynote Presentations at the executive or C-suite level.

Program Summary
Tapped to lead a change initiative—and afraid it will fail like so many others?

You have reason to worry: 70% of change efforts do fail. Successful change initiatives share two key characteristics: effective persuasion and a clear understanding of organizational change as a long-term, multi-step process rather than a singular event. Learn how to best establish a sense of urgency, win support, and silence naysayers so that you achieve buy-in and increase your odds of success.

Discover how the software of our personality (archetypes) determines our adaptation for and towards change!
Join the elite 30% who succeed with these powerful tools for driving change in your organization.

Learning Outcomes
Using four critical archetypes participants will assess the current capacity for change within their organization.
Using these archetypes, participants will learn how to better manage change initiatives in the future.
Using these archetypes, participants will analyze a past or current change initiative for successes and/or failures.
