ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
William M. Thacker is a Member at Dickinson Wright, PLLC. His practice includes traditional labor matters such as collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, and NLRB proceedings, as well as employment law matters, including employment litigation and the vital day-to-day counseling of clients on the various employee and labor relations issues that arise within their organizations.
Bill represents clients in unfair labor practice litigation and representation hearings before the NLRB and MERC. He also counsels clients on collective bargaining agreement construction and application. Bill has represented employers in employment litigation in various state and federal forums, such as wrongful termination, whistleblower, sexual harassment and discrimination cases.
