ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Ulli Hildebrand is an HR executive providing consulting services to small and mid-size companies and passionate about talent.
Born and raised in Germany, Ulli has come to the United States in September 2000 with Mercedes-Benz, where she became the first ever non-American native to be Director of Human Resources for the USA in the history of the company.
Ulli has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, mostly in senior leadership roles in companies of different sizes and in automotive and service industries. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the Carl-von-Ossietzky Universiteit in Oldenburg, Germany with majors in Strategic Business Management, Human Resources Management and Industrial Psychology. She is a certified leadership coach.
Ulli is a member of the Board of Living Arts Detroit which serves the youth of Detroit by providing arts and life education on a non-profit basis.
