Understanding the FMLA - Employer Requirements
This presentation is designed for smaller / midsize employers and the administration requirements for Family Medical Leave Act. Small /midsize employers have a less frequency of “potentially qualify” and qualifying FMLA events and often don’t have the expertise or staff to fully understand or meet the administration requirements under Federal FMLA Law. ERISA & DOL Audits... Changing Times but Not Compliance
Presentation will provide participants with information on The Employee Retirement Income Security (ERISA) Employer Compliance Requirements – what is required and what to expect if the employer encounters a DOL/ERISA Compliance Audit. Mr. Aitchison will cover common audit reasons, issues if the employer is not prepared and review an actual DOL document request.
