The Future of HR while Emerging from the Crisis
In this session we will explore recent litigation surrounding the impact of implicit biases and stereotyping in the everyday lives of LGBTQ+ individuals. In addition, we will discuss recent cases surrounding gender, the power of pronouns as well as the implications of gender norms and heteronormativity as root sources of biases. We will also provide insights on how to effectively create policies to reflect recent cases law.
