Important Information for Volunteer Leaders

This is a mandatory meeting for Chapter Presidents to meet compliance for SHRM SHAPE submission and is required to receive conference profit sharing. This meeting should be attended by the chapter President (or a designee), MISHRM CLA’s and the State Council. MISHRM CLA’s do not count as your chapter designee. You will still need an additional member from your chapter to attend. Additional Chapter Board Members are highly encouraged to attend as it is a great opportunity to learn and grow.

What is Covered by MISHRM:

MISHRM will cover one night in a standard room ($165 plus taxes and fees) for the President or President’s designee only. This will be taken off your bill when you check out. Additional board representatives will be responsible for their own guestroom should they wish to stay. Any additional nights will be your responsibility. Book by clicking here or call 800.462.6963. Rooms must be booked by Monday, July 24, 2023. MISHRM will cover round trip mileage for one person/designee per chapter and MISHRM CLA’s. It is your responsibility to complete the expense report within 30 days. If the MISHRM leadership representative lives further than four hours from destination, MISHRM will cover one additional room night. Please email Kristen to let her know that you will be booking two nights. All documentation must be promptly submitted for reimbursement within 30 days to comply with our overall expense policy.
